Thank you for choosing Notes and Prints Mobile. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, please review our operational policy before booking your service.

All notary services are by appointment only. We proudly serve clients within Ashtabula County and the surrounding rural areas. To book an appointment, please contact us with your requested time, location, and the type of document(s) you need notarized.

For all notarial acts, a signer must present valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification that includes a signature. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID card. We are unable to notarize a document without proper identification.

Our fees are comprised of a notarial fee per signature, plus a mobile travel fee based on the distance to your location. A quote will be provided at the time of booking.   A non-refundable $15 deposit is required for all appointments.   Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

As a commissioned Notary Public, our role is to verify the identity of the signer, witness the signing of the document, and administer the oath or acknowledgment. We are not attorneys and are legally prohibited from providing legal advice, interpreting documents, or offering opinions on the contents of the document.

Your privacy is our top priority. We are committed to protecting all personal information and documents shared during the notarization process. All information is handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party, unless required by law.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 2 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
